Accepting New Clients
Sometimes relationships get stuck. Whether it’s conflict in a family, disconnection in a couple, or a young person struggling with their mental health, it can be hard to know how to move forward—especially when you care deeply but feel overwhelmed.
As a trauma-informed, strengths-based therapist, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore new ways of relating and reconnecting. I use Systemic Family Therapy to help families, couples, and parents work through challenges together, and I draw from approaches like IFS, ACT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to support individuals in understanding their experiences and creating meaningful change. With children and parents, I incorporate Play Therapy techniques to help make the therapeutic process accessible and effective.
Together, we’ll uncover your strengths, build on what’s already working, and support each other to move toward a greater sense of connection, clarity, resilience and well-being.
