Accepting New Clients

Many people come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. They may find themselves stuck in patterns of anxiety, people-pleasing, or self-criticism - or noticing that stress, old wounds, or unresolved experiences are quietly affecting their closest relationships. Others may feel deeply impacted by trauma, grief, or burnout, carrying the weight of painful experiences that shape how they see themselves and show up with the people they love.

I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches to help you understand, regulate, and move through your emotions, process traumatic experiences, and reconnect with what matters most to you.

My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. I believe healing happens through safe and authentic connection, and I'm committed to creating a non-judgmental space where you can feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported - including the parts of yourself you may have learned to hide or protect. Together, we'll work to understand the patterns that have been holding you back, build a more compassionate relationship with yourself, and move toward a life and relationships that feel more connected, meaningful, and authentically yours.

Favourite quote?

“Perhaps the greatest act of self-love is choosing to no longer abandon yourself.”

What brings you a sense of ease?

Slow mornings, meaningful conversations, music, movement, and time spent in nature help me feel grounded and connected to myself.

What brings you joy?

Outside of therapy, I deeply value authenticity, creativity, and connection. I love good coffee, humour, and playing basketball purely for the fun of it - even if I’m a little competitive sometimes.
