Meet Rhylee, MACP

Registered Provisional Psychologist

Rhylee will be on maternity leave May 2026, returning July 2026 for virtual sessions.

Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed - by their thoughts, their emotions, their relationships, or just the pressure of everyday life. You might feel stuck in anxiety or self-doubt, disconnected from your partner, burned out by work or expectations, or unsure how to navigate a big life change. Teens I work with often feel overwhelmed or misunderstood, dealing with anxiety, emotional ups and downs, school stress, changes in motivation, or pulling back from friends or activities they used to enjoy. Adults often describe feeling exhausted, stretched thin, or like they’re constantly holding everything together.

In our work together, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. I take a practical, collaborative approach. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, make sense of patterns that keep showing up, and work on tools you can actually use in day-to-day life to find relief. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship stress, overwhelm, postpartum or perinatal changes, performance pressure, or a life transition, therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are, without judgment.

I work with couples, teens, and adults, and I really value building a strong, trusting relationship in therapy. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling understood, supported, and a bit more grounded; with insight and skills that help things feel more manageable moving forward.
