You may be feeling exhausted from always holding it together, disconnected from who you really are, or caught in the same patterns no matter how hard you try to change them. Your body might feel tense and restless, your emotions unpredictable, or your mind constantly racing—leaving you on edge even when there’s no obvious reason. Living this way can feel isolating, overwhelming, and frustrating, especially if you’ve been carrying the weight of past trauma, ongoing stress, or family dynamics that shaped how you relate to yourself and others.
Therapy offers a place to pause and make sense of what’s happening inside you. My approach is holistic and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that every person has an innate capacity for resilience, healing, and growth. In our work together, I’ll provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you are the expert of your own experience. We’ll slow down and tune into your body’s signals, giving voice to what’s been held beneath the surface, and gently begin shifting the patterns that no longer serve you.
