Meet Brianna, MACP

Registered Provisional Psychologist

Accepting New Clients

Many people come to me feeling exhausted from holding everything together. Maybe you’ve been stuck in survival mode for a long time - navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, or the challenges of being neurodivergent in a world that doesn’t always make room for you. You might feel disconnected from your body, your emotions, or even from who you used to be. Therapy can be a place to finally exhale.

In our work together, you’ll have space to slow down, tune into what your body has been trying to tell you, and make sense of the emotions you’ve been carrying. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, building safety, self-trust, and the inner capacity to meet what comes up without feeling overwhelmed. My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and deep respect for your lived experience.

I work with teens (16+) and adults, and I believe every person has an inherent ability to heal - even when life has felt heavy for a long time. You don’t have to show up perfectly here. You can be yourself, take off the mask, and start reconnecting with the parts of you that have been waiting for compassion and understanding. Hope and healing are possible, and I’m here to help you find both.
